Miller Global Properties, LLC Corporate Profile

Miller Global Properties is a partnership between Miller Properties Group and Global Holdings. The company develops, acquires, owns and operates high-quality hotels, office buildings and mixed-use properties throughout the United States and Europe.

Miller Properties Group is a Denver-based real estate concern, owned primarily by Micky Miller and Jim Miller, and is responsible for the day-to-day operations of Miller Global. Global Holdings is a London-based investment company, owned by the Ofer family, with major interests in the shipping and cruise line industries and significant holdings in many other international businesses.

The two companies have been partners since 1994 and formed Miller Global in November 1996. Since their formation, Miller Global has primarily used value-added real estate investment funds as their investment vehicles, attracting major public and private pension funds to invest alongside them. Miller Global had one Europe investment fund and is in the process of raising their sixth U.S. investment fund, bringing their total capital raised to well over $1 billion.

Since inception, Miller Global has been involved in more than 85 properties representing over $2.5 billion of asset value compromising more than 3,300 hotel rooms and 11 million square feet of office space. The principals of Miller Global have experience dating back over 40 years and have collectively been involved in real estate transactions in 37 cities and six countries. Various principals were involved in the development, management and/or ownership of such prestigious hotels as The Lodge at Pebble Beach, The Inn at Spanish Bay, Aspen's Little Nell Hotel, The Beverly Hills Hotel, New York's Algonquin Hotel and Denver's Westin Tabor Center; such high-profile office buildings as Los Angeles' Fox Plaza and The Water Garden; and over five million square feet of office space in Denver.
